My mother took out ploicies with JET financial services in 2004 and 2005. She was told in November that Edgars has changed it charge services and that her Jet account and Edgars account are now one and the policies have been cancelled. She accepted this as she was told that she would get back what was owed to her. And thus far Since NOVEMBER NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED. I PHONED YOUR CALL CENTRE AND WAS TOLD THAT THE MONIES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. BUT ACCORDING TO THE POLICY PAPERWORK THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN DONE AFTER THREE MONTHS...'NOT DONE'
WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH HER POLICY MONEY EDCON/JET... KINDLY MAKE SURE THAT IT IS REFUNDED. I have spoken to Hollard and was told that this was to be refunded from Edcon onto my mums account and never done. Policy FAIC6100011858P AND SNFP6100000994P.
