I had a funeral policy with Edgars and cancelled it in 2007 but to my surprise Edgars was still billing me all along.
I raised the matter with Edgars 4 months back and they said they will look into the matter, up to today nothing has ever happened. The call centre agent was rude and impatient and not helpful at all.
I want all my money back from the day I cancelled the policy as this is money that was taken from me illegally by Edgars - more like!
I want it immediately please otherwise I will have to take legal steps against Edgars
