Damaged Goods and lack of Response

My wife bought me two pants and they tore at the same place, I bought shoes within two months start to peal off. I then bought jeans and a pair of sneakers. The jeans within days of buying them the pockets started to come off and furthermore the inside sole of the sneakers started to get damaged within a month. I then logged a complaint with Woolworths customer services for a complaint online, I still have not received a feedback or response from Woolworths even though it states on their site that there is feedback turnaround time of 24 hours. I still have not heard anything from Woolworths even though it's been week over two weeks. I am disappointed with Woolworths because based on their reputation one expects high levels of quality when purchasing goods and furthermore high levels of integrity and professionalism in terms of their customer service.
