I have tried calling the Sunglasses Hut repairs numbers for the past week and my calls had not once been answered. I have also tried emailing and yet again... no response.
I don't understand how a company can have a call center which no one answers? Does that make ANY sense. I have just bought a new pair of glasses from them and have every intention of taking them back. AWFUL AWFUL post-sales service. All I want it to get a pair of glasses fix... something so simply has turned into a nightmare with this business.
