About 2 months ago I bought to pair of sunglasses at waterfront Cape Town, one for myself and for my girlfriend .one of the pair was the folding aviator. My girlfriend has not be wearing her glasses that often so over the weekend she had her glasses on and I saw that one of the arms of the glasses is faulty. As we were in the area I went to sunglass hut and showed them the problem, luckily the guy thar help me that day on duty Jerome was on duty. But was he useless!! he had a look at the glasses told me he can see that the has been worn but can't do anything about it, I must call customer service! Now u tell me how the can I call customer service after he told me the day I bought my glasses if there is any manufacturer fault they will replace it! The day I bought the glasses I told them can they not give me and other pair as that one was sitting on display and who knows how much people has not open and close the glasses., but they never had another pair! Now after 2 months was is worn out! The service does not end there, Jerome told me Monday he will sort it out for me till now I have not received any feedback and still have the broken!
