I bought an expensive pair of Oakley sunglasses at this store about a year a half ago. I now need the lenses replaced. Thinking that they would offer to help with the same gusto with which they sold the glasses, the response was you have to take them to Gateway branch some 30 KM away. Great after sales response.
So quite simply Sunglass Hut will never get another order from me.
Maybe give some thought to keep customers hapy and they might come back? no?
