My wife bought me a pair of Prada sunglasses on the 29 September 2013 for my birthday. Within a week the sunglass frames were peeling and after 3 weeks the side rubber was peeling off. My wife Kathy, Helena and I phoned, emailed and tweeted numerously at Sunglass Hut, only after 2 weeks did one of your service staff call me and said they will send me the Warranty assessment form. which she did not. I started again calling and e-mailing, last week my wife received the form and sent it off. I have still not heard from you! I really think this is pathetic service and I will never buy a pair of glasses from you again.
