I purchased a pair of Oakley sunglasses from the sunglass hut edgars greenacres. Ive been struggling for a week now to get someone to help me with the warranty problem I have, the frame broke out by the earpiece where you open and close it. The only help I received after i visited the store twice in 1 week they are only sales people any problems I should phone the customer number which I did and never get to speak to anyone because the are receiving high call volumes. No response on mail nothing what so ever.

This is pathetic and I have no word for this service. the best part on their policy on warranty states that they do not repair lenses or nose pieces!!! this is the frame that broke and the best part of all I could purchase a new pair of sunglasses and only pay 50%!!! I will not do business with them again I want my new sunglasses after all you can see the glasses didnt fall or any personal damage it must' be a weak spot!!!

I am very very very disgusted in this service I received!!!
