I bought a Roccat laptop x2 in December 2013 from them, one is not working at all now, and the other has a dead pixel, phoned call centre, no response or help, phoned the store, no help what soever. They say they can not get a hold of their supplier, and I need to bring the laptop in. The laptop has very sensitive company info on it, I asked them if they could remove the hard drive as to protect my info, they said no, but they will contact the supplier and I can take it directly to them. They have not got back to me yet and it has now been 4 days, I phone every day, and everyday is just another excuse. They should just take this back and refund me, they offer on purchase a next day resolution and guarantee, but is has been 4 days. They do not have replacement stock and are unwilling to assist me.
