Dion wired - horrible service & no response

I bought a LG laptop from them last year April. I had the Laptop in a bag and the bags shoulder strap broke and the laptop got a bit damaged on the side. just the casing bent and came loose a bit. The whole things still works, but I didn`t want to take a chance and short circuit it or something. So I took in in for repairs.
According to the slip they gave me, everything would be solved within 21 days, its been well over 31 days, and I have not received any update on it, no quote, not whether the warranty will carry the damage, nothing. I have phoned since day 14, each time they said they would phone me back. got phoned back twice with customer services stating that its still in for repairs. Not even able to provide me with an idea of any information for they "do not know". All I want to know is when will it be fixed? Will there be any costs to it? 31 days after promised for only 21, and me phoning them and not the other way around?
