Came to store with their sale advert on light blue perfume, assistant gave a man's perfume when i specifically told her I was buying for myself.after few weeks i discovered that it was a man's perfume. When I took it back for an exchange she literally told me that she gave me what was in a paper and her manager watched while she was shouting at me. The following day I went to reason with the manager who phoned a general manager. The general manager literally dropped his phone while I was still rtying to explain saying "they won't take aloss for me even if the perfume was unused"
