I bought a bedroom suite 29 / 09/ 2012 and paid in FULL!
R 11349, 07 [ cost of bedroom suit and delivery fee] . The Sales consultant Danisile Khuse confirm receipt of payment and confirmed that the bedroom suite would be delivered in two weeks. 6 MONTHS LATER NOTHING!!!
Warehouse confirmed date of 1st delivery - 03/10/2012, 2nd delivery - 18 /10/2012 and 3rd delivery 19/12/2012. Each time I had to take time of for these deliveries that to date 6 MONTHS LATER STILL NO FURNITURE!!!
The branch manager & sales is very aware of issue but does not follow up or provide feedback. Have logged issue with their customer [6 calls to date with no resolution or feedback- ref no 161238]. I was also refunded R1000 which i have to wait for because they cannot pay me till the furniture gets delivered. Bearers has set with my money now for over six months earning interest on it while i spend more money on phone calls and lawyers fees trying to get my furniture from them!! The branch manager himself promised to get back to me and my lawyers and I am still waiting.
