Paid using my ABSA debit card on Sunday 29 September 2013. I received a notification from my bank stating that my account was debited. The cashier could not issue me with a slip because she said her till showed that the transaction was still outstanding, so I asked what do we do now because my account has already been debited. She said that she will have to process the transaction again and PROMISED me that it would be reversed not later than Monday because our banks differed. Went into the store on Monday 20 September 2013 spoke with the manager who once again promised to have the reversal done manually to date no telephone call no feedback whatsoever. I find this unacceptable coming from a REPUTABLE company as Dis-Chem
