Pick 'n Pay
Staff Treatment

To whom it may concern

While paying for my groceries on the 29th September 2013 on a Sunday.
I could her the cashier that was assisting me complaining to the supervisor that the cashier
next to her (their colleague) she's diabetic and she has not been on lunch in order
to take her medication and she's at the state that she not feeling well anymore.

When the supervisor tried to speak on behave of her colleague, management (an African man) didn't't bother to
show remorse in releasing her, instead he told his supervisor way are you speaking for this people the store its busy work must be done.

Diabetic is a critical illness just like any other and medication must be taken at on time.
People die from this decease statistic currently are to high of people affected and dying from the decease.

I believe Pick n Pay should know their staff member with decease of this kind so that they are taken care of as the eating times and medication times they critical.

MN Mathibe
