I bought a bedroom suite for my mother, Initially i wanted a different one but i was advised by the sales consultant Agnes that i should buy a different one. Thinking that she is the sales consultant she should know best. It was delivered to my house on the 11 May 2013 (the slay bed with only 1 pedestal). I went into bears the following week to explain to them how weak the bed and that it keeps falling apart, I then asked if i may perhaps get a different bedroom suite then all i got was bad attitudes and that its not there fault which i know but NEVER in my life have i seen sales consultants so rude. They just want to shift the blame. I then asked them to cancel everything and to come and fetch the bedroom suite. It is 3 weeks later, not a call, not a letter nothing. All i want is for BEARES TRADE ROUTE MALL is to come and fetch there bedroom suite and to cancel this account. And to everyone out there think twice before shopping at bears again.
