I ordered the following from the store
1 X Bolton Robe
1 X Bolton 2 piece bedroom suite in Imbuia
1 X Seally Concerto Euro top (bed)
I paid on 04 Jan 2013 R12, 699 for the furniture and R350 for delivery. The receipt number is 304869, and the account number is 493218/01. Then I had a duty of following up on the delivery every week, and I would be told the furniture is going to be delivered soon. It is now over a month, with Lewis keeping my money and not delivering the goods. And now the stock manager told me they do not have what I ordered and paid for, so I must choose something else. I then told them that I do not want their furniture anymore, so I must be refunded my money.
Now the branch manager is avoiding my calls (always busy on a call), and my money is not refunded. Can I get my money please, and also interest (according to the CPA, sectin 21 (9)). You cannot keep the money and the furniture! I will remember to tell everyone i know not to associate themselves with such.
