On 23December 2013 I bought a pair of shoes at Fashion Exppress and only realised when paying for them that they were on sale and I decided to go and choose another pair. The cashier (Elize) told me I can't go back inside the shop with the plastic so she'll keep it at the counter for me then I went to take the other pair. When I came back to pay, I asked her for the shoes that I paid for and she said she doesn't know where they are maybe another customer tookm them by mistake. So I told her It can't be my problem as I paid for them and didn't leave the shop with those shoes. She said she can't help me as their manager is on leave till January. It's now January and I've been going back to them and I'm not receiving any response regarding a refund or a replacement for the shoes.
