I bought a pair of shoes form Mr price East London union street last year. I fitted size 5 in the shop, then I asked the shop attendant for a pair of size 5, the pair that was given to me was size 5 and size 6. Today I decided to wear the shoes only to find that one shoe is loose, when I checked its size six. I phoned Mr Price spoke to Marvin Jegels this morning he said those shoes were marked down to R16.00 when I paid R149.99. He said I must bring the shoes back and take anything to that amounts to R16.00.
I explained to him that it was not my fault that I ended with a pair of shoes with different sizes that I cant use. I need them to refund me or to buy another shoes or they must look for size for me I will be very happy. But im not prepared to drive to Mr Price to buy shoes for R16.00
