On the 8/5/2013 I ordered a pair of shoes from the hotline dept. a few days later, I received a call asking how I will be paying for the said shoes. I told that I will pay at the point of sale at Edgar's Centurion. I was told that the shoes will be at the shop by the 18/5. At the store they had no idea of the shoes, so I phoned the hotline again on the 22/5 and was told that the shoes are still in Johannesburg. I then spoke to Ilse who promised to call me back. I am still waiting. I think this is very sloppy service and always the system is off line, at store level and at fashion hotline. Reference for shoes1928844
