After receiving a beautiful pair of Levi shoes for my daughters birthday, we went on holiday. Returning from holiday, my daughter was about to wear her new shoes, and noticed that they were damaged. I took them back to the shop, expecting an exchange for the exact same pair of shoes... even the size was right. They were out of stock, shrugged their shoulders and told me there was nothing they could do for me. I was informed I was speaking to the manger when I asked for the manager. When I asked for the owners details, this information was declined to me. All I got was an email address. I don't want money back... all I want is pair of shoes that are not damaged! Not too much to ask for.
