I laybyed shoes from abovementioned on the 18 May 2013. On the 20 May 2013 I paid the balance, the cost of shoes was R2500.00. I regarded those shoes as special which are only wore at certain events. I only wore them about 5 times. As I write to you, the shoes are damaged. I took them back to the store, for replacement, because I feel thay are still new and under guarantee, hence its only three months I bought this pair. The manager told me he will consult the owner and will revert to me shortly. he did not call as promised and I had to go to the store. I was told that there was nothing they can do for me, I must just accept that the shoes are damaged and they will offer a pair of shoes only if I could pay 50% on that shoes. It was a raw deal and I feel I was cheated and treat unfairly as a customer, why should I pay 50% on other pair of shoes after I bought a pair for R2500. I need assistance.
