I contacted Makro on 22 Dec to ask them to send somebody out to adjust my treadmill belt that is pulling so far to the right that it is damaging itself. They promised to get somebody to contact me that same day to arrange for someone to come before the Christmas holidays. I never heard from them again. When I called yesterday to follow up - nobody knew what I was talking about. I was told that somebody would call me today. Today they called to tell me the only guy that can help me is off sick. It's been two and a half weeks - I struggle to believe that nobody can assist, and it's coming across that they can't be bothered to even attempt any level of problem solving. I'm now sitting with a treadmill I haven't actually managed to use even once, and a supplier that doesn't particularly give a rat's about it.
