Having left her script with Clicks at Tiffany's my daughter, who has bought her medication from them previously, was told that they had no record showing that she had ever bought her meds from them. They then admitted that they could not find her script on the system... and said that they would be unable to locate the original!!! How infuriating is this sort of inefficiency???
However, having said that, they said they would fax her script through to another pharmacy so that she could get her medication from them!!! How does this work? Surely if they have lost it, or have no record of it, they cannot possible send it to another pharmacy!
She then had to go our of her way to buy her meds from Alpha Pharm in Dbn North... but not without countless calls to Clicks, giving them the fax number more than once, and literally pleading with them to send it through so that she could get her meds.
This is a case of shocking and totally unacceptable non-service. Give me Dischem any day!
