Dealing with medication = customers well being??

Richard Barry is the pharmacist on duty (10 JUN 13) and a locum by the name of Tabelo assisted my 15 year old daughter who stood ina que for 45 min. As far as I know Mr Barry should double check what the locum dispenses?? My Dr changed my medication for migraines and Tabelo dispenced the original script on the system just because I still had a repeat. That is why I had a NEW script. My daughter said that Thabelo did approach Mr Barry a few times to ask questions and Mr Barry still agreed with the system and ignored my script. I phoned him and his attitude was one of that he cant work short staffed. He appologised and said if my mom and daughter CAME BACK he would exchange the meds. When they arrived they waited quite a while again and then Mr Barry told them he was OUT OF STOCK!!! - He then phoned around for 15min and came back with the meds. My mom was confused and questioned the fact that he said that he was out of stock, he responded that there was 1 more left but ws in the wrong place! I find this all unacceptable Richard Barry could case someones death by not following scripts and the total disregard to urgency will result in CLICKS losing valuable clients.
