As a regular shopper at Pick n Pay Westwood, I am often disappointed with the service and stock at that particular branch. When i complained online about the lack of stock of the Dolce Gusto coffee pods, as well as the fact that the boxes in stock were often open on the shelf, Sebastian called me within 48 hours of my complaint and promised to replace the opened box as well as order more stock.
I'm quite impressed at the prompt response of the Assistant Manager and his willingness to listen. Thank you Sebastian!
