I went to buy shoes for me and my son, i requested a size 6 for me and a size 12 for son. I didn't check while at the store when i got home the sizes were wrong. I went there the next morning to exchange the sizes, only to find that a size 12 for my son was out of stock. well and good i requested a refund since there wasn't anything else that i liked for my son. But i was told i cannot get a refund since the shoes were on sale. I had to be at work by 10AM, it was already 9:30 and i was told i must look for something else that will replace the shoes. Now I had to go through the store all over again and look for something, i took a pair of shoes for myself since there was nothing else to take for my son. Then i had be charged an extra R10.00 and there was no 50% discout on that extra charge but when i looked at my receipt when i got to work it says i payed R5.00 but the cashier took R10.00. What happened to my other R5.00. the inconvenience of going there again because i was given wrong sizes and being charged more was very disturbing. I am not going to go back to the store again to enquire about my receipt, it is just R5.00 but why did she take it?
