I bought a laptop cash few months ago at game, and I lost the slip coz I moved from one house to another. The laptop I bought from game is no longer working and it's still under warrant now when I returned it back to game they requested a slip which I don't have and they telling me they can't fix it because I lost a slip Really it's 2014 now!!! Well they say they want a proof that shows that's I bought it from them and I said I'll go to my bank where they will give me a proof on a statement that shows that I did buy from game they said that's not gona be enought now they said if they fix it it will cost me 3400 and I bought it for 3500. This is not good for a big retail like Game. I'm stuck not with no laptop and I don't know what to do..
