On wednesday, i went to Link Pharmacy in bizana to get my daughter's medication. They were unable to assist me because my daughter is not listed on my medical aid. I understood and i had to call my spouse and let him know that i had to pay cash. Later that day, i read the directions for the medication only to find out that the medication had to be diluted, I was not too sure if the pharmacist had already diluted the medication or not so i went back to find out more about the medication. I was assisted by a different pharmacist, while i was busy with him a lady pharmacist bad mouthed me telling the pharmacist that i had attitude on wednesday. From what i heard, she had a problem with me making a call and telling my husband i had to pay cash and not use the medical aid. The pharmacist that was assisting me believed his collegue and backed off and helped other customers without clearifying first how the medication is taken. I was very disappointed because my whole family uses that pharmacy but after what happened, I'd rather drive to another town than to get stinky attitude from pharmacists. My daughter hasnt taken the medication because i was not assisted for what i paid for.
