I ordered and received the TV Series Nikita Season 3 for my daughter. The original order number was 1000876557. My daughter began to watch and on the one disc the Nikita appeared to be taped over by the TV Series Supernatural. I got hold of Kalahari and was requested to return the product. The return request was CAS-747548-Q7V6W8. The courier, Supaswift, collected the package on 10th December and according to the waybill 0015841107 was delivered to the returns department on 12th December. I called a week later to find out what was happening to be told I would be called back which I am still waiting for. I have since called again with absolutely no joy. According to the call centre the courier still has the package. I have sent numerous e-mails which get ignored. I would like this to be resolved as soon as possible. It is almost a month now that I have been waiting.
