On the 2nd of December 2013 I placed an order on [URL Removed] for the first time. I received delivery on the 5th which was excellent however when I tested the product it was faulty. I then called Kalahari and was told that i should go online and request a return and that they would credit my account and that i would have to re-order the product. I logged the return request on the 6th and they collected the faulty unit on the 12th of December 2013. Since then I have called the call center numerous amounts of times and spoke to at least 6 consultants to assist to speed up the process as this product was purchased for a Christmas gift to no joy. It is now the 28th of December 2013 and i am still waiting for someone to get back to me or at least credit my account. I have spent so much money and time on phone calls. This by far as been the worst experience ever and I will never use [URL Removed] again.
