What an awful experience!! Bottom line - our goods were delivered to the wrong address with someone signing for it whose name does not appear anywhere on our order.
I had exceptionally bad feedback from both Charles and Emeliah (supervisor). She said that she will get back to me personally before the end of workday on Tuesday 7/1 - she still has not gotten back to me.
I got hold of Charles on 7/1 to ask where the goods were delivered to. I asked him to phone ME - he still goes and phones my son to tell him they don't know where it is - that was Tuesday morning at about 10 am.
An honest person brought the parcel to us - it was delivered to them.
How do you deliver something at the wrong address and get a signature from someone who's name is not a contact?
How do you get proper feedback.?
When I phoned Charles 20 min later, - he could not remember who I was!! 7/1
I asked to speak to his supervisor - but her service and feedback has been even worse!!! Her answer to me a few minutes ago, I had to phone her!! was that she never said she'll contact me - I dealt with Charles!!
No one appologised for inconvenience/asked if we ever got the goods!!
I'm DISGUSTED.
