I logged a complaint re points not being allocated as per advertisement on the 5/12 @ 9:21, Clicks came back to me saying they would be in contact on the 10/12 @ 9:10, on the 16/12 @ 9:08 i then stated that no one had been in contact.
Customer service - YOU!! it is now longer than a month and NO ONE has even bothered to phone me and explain the situation. Now I understand Christmas is a busy period, but DON'T make promises you do not even know you will not be keeping..
Lets see now that the rush is over if there is anyone who has the common courtesy of even phoning me back to understand my frustration. ( I don't think so... but lets see)
