My husband ordered a parcel on the 24th of December 2013. we received an email on the 30th stating this parcel was out for delivery and should arrive within the next 24 to 48 hours... wow just look at that its now the 6th of January and still no parcel!!! I called the call center only to be met with insincere apologies about the late delivery, This is not acceptable and not good enough!!! I expect some sort of resolution and to note a standard cut and paste response of "were sorry" isn't going to cut it!! Just a quick add my husband sent in 2 emails on the 3rd and the 4th of January and is yet to receive a response from Kalahari... your service is shocking and your LACK of customer service even more so!! Best you make a plan to make me happy and fast too!!!
Seriously need to up your game kalahari buying from ebay is much easier and they know what service is!!
