After ordering two books online and expecting delivery on the 6th of December, to date the parcel didn't arrive. Several calls to customer care, two emails and two tweets later, all which was acknowledged by Kalahari, I still haven't received feedback as to where the parcel is, what happened and when it will be delivered. I want my books, Kalahari! AND a proper explanation, not only for the delivery delay, but also for the non-existent customer care.
