Shopping with Kalahari a complete nightmare

OMW, where do i begin? Story far too long to type. Too many frustrations and disappointments, emails and phone calls. This email however, relates to the straw that has finally broken this camel's back.
The short of it is, after promising my parcel will be delivered the 23rd of December (original date 11th), my emails have not been answered and my calls not returned to confirm delivery. Kalahari split my parcel into 3. 2 were received by the 24th.
After NO communication from Kalahari on the 24th, I cancelled the last parcel because I was forced to go the shops at that late hour to buy Xmas gifts. The parcel was delivered to my neighbour on the 30th. Absolutely no phone call from the courier to say its there and after I cancelled it a week before.
Now, Kalahari: what do you expect me to do with this last parcel a week AFTER Xmas???
Your service has gone from steadily declining to just outright pathetic over the past 2yrs and I've been your no.1 fan since 2002. How many less loyal clients have you lost because of this service? How can you still claim to the no 1 online store in SA??
