I used to use kalahari often. But their delivery service has certainly changed for the worst over the years.
Life was good when they used DHL. I never once had a problem.
I ordered 24 hour delivery items on the 10th December.
Invoice states:
Your parcel is on its way! We are dispatching it on 12 December 2013 with our door-to-door service.
Estimated delivery date: 18 December 2013
Delivery will be during business hours so please make sure that someone will be available to receive it at the address specified.
Well, after such a long wait for 24hr items, I am still waiting. How can it take them 7 days to find me?
Let's just hope I get this before Christmas or I will have to make another plan for the kids.
Delivery is truly pathetic now days. So sad as I really enjoy kalahari.
