24 hour delivery only arriving 8 Jan??

I placed an order on Kalahari on 17 December for two items that both had a delivery time of 24 hours. Two days later, I still have not received my parcel so I check online to see what's going on, only to see expected delivery is 8 January?? This is not acceptable! This is a Christmas present for a six-year-old. How am I supposed to tell him he has to wait until 8 Jan?? I will not accept this, especially when I see the order status is "ready to ship". If this parcel is not delivered before Christmas then I want the order cancelled and my money refunded.

I also now need to change the delivery address as my office is closed and there is no one there to take delivery. Inconveniencing customers during the busiest shopping season is bad form, Kalahari! Too bad Takealot didn't have the products I wanted, which is the only reason why I shopped at Kalahari. Lesson learnt.
