Terrible service at factorie Eastgate

I was waiting to purchase some clothing at the pay terminal where several staff members walked past and did not acknowledge me, a lady called Zinhle was then called to ring up my transaction, she did not greet me even after I had said hello how are you? During the transaction she didn't ask for payment or say please or Thankyou and at the end slammed my eft card on the counter and walked away with a bad attitude. I am very dissapointed with the service and am a regular customer which they have now lost!
