We went to the movies on Wednesday night at Irene Mall. I had a discount voucher which didn't want to work on the self service machines. I walked over to the counter and there was one staff member looking very busy not even seeing me standing right in front of her. While I was waiting for her to finish on the PC she just walked away. She didn't look up, she didn't greet us and she just walked out knowing that we were standing in front of her waiting for help. I waited to see is she would return but she didn't! I decided to skip the voucher and pay for the movie myself. The move was starting in 10min and we decided to grab a soda before hand. There are 8 tills and only 2 staff members were helping clients. We waited 10min and when we got to the front they said "sorry we don't have any sodas! "!!! This is unacceptable!!! Ster-Kinekor is the most expensive movies to go see and then you get service like this!! With everything going digital now a days the only small space there is for client service, there is NON EXCISTING client service at all.
