I went to Factorie this morning and I tried on a few sweaters, I was deciding between two colours and when I got to the till I decided to leave the one behind. The cashier, ZINHLE, rudely asked me to move the sweater I wasn't paying for- so I moved it to the otherside of the till, then she rudely insisted that I put the sweater back where I found it. I had to leave the till and put the sweater back. I told her it is not right to get the customer to do that and she argued that they are not allowed to have clothes lying around the till- and in actual fact she had a few items lying around her till. Then I said it's not my problem where they are supposed to be- normally there is a rack where you can hang all the clothes you wish to discard. Her response was that there is no rack and that they ask the customers to put the clothes back where they found them. She continued to argue and I just brushed her off! If you ask me she was lazy to the clothes back! I bet if it was an older person she wouldn't have asked them at all. I am extremely irritated with the customer service, especially since i frequently shop at Factorie!!!
