Inconveniencing the custome

On Saturday I bought a dress from Factorie in Canal Walk and their card machine declined my card and so I paid cash instead. I received the sms notification to say the transaction was successful - I know this is normal so I left it. When I got home I checked my internet banking and the transaction was still not reversed. I then checked again the next morning and still no change.

I went back to Factorie on Sunday to tell them the transaction had still not yet been reversed. I spoke to the same sales lady that helped me on Saturday at the till, which she then pointed me to her manager (not taking me to her). Their manager then proceeded to tell me that this is not their problem and I must sort it out as their books balance.

I am sorry but now they are inconveniencing me to go to the bank to get it sorted out even though this all arose due to an error in their store!! I do not have the time during the week to make it to the bank to fix their mistake!!

I am truly an unsatisfied customer right now!
