At one of the sale racks, the under R90 one to be exact- there was one black dress that appealed to me. Fortunately, for me, I got the last one in my size. After spending 20 minutes queuing, the salesperson informed me that the dress is not R89, 99, but R129, 99, although all the other dresses in that exact style was R89, 99. I inquired why all the other dresses are that price and mine R129, 00, but the salesperson refused to give it to me at that price. Why should I pay R30 more when everyone else doesn't? I thought the customer is always right?
