Wrong pricing on the item. I wanted to buy a sweatshirt that had R169.00 on the price tag and the cashier said it was actually R250.00 and the price hadn't been changed since the sale.
Surely if the price tag ON the item says an amount - that is the amount that is paid.
I also was not impressed with the cashier's attitude at all - especially since it was their mistake. He basically just said 'Are you buying it or not? ' and was quite patronising and rude.
Not happy - especially since I'm a frequent Factorie shopper - definitely won't be rushing back anytime soon!
