On 2014/01/02 I went to the house and home in silverlakes to purchase a Lg 3d hd led tv along with a dstv explora. There was not a single customer in the store at that time so I was helped immediately by Frans. I applied for credit and the forms were submitted on the same day. On 2014/01/03 at 08:17 I received a call from Alvira whom I am assuming was from the credit department at head office. She said she was calling to inform me that she has my application and is busy with it. I have heard nothing since. I have called her on the number she contacted me on but it just rang until it cut off. It is midday today (2014/01/04 12:12) and I still have no response/ feedback and non of my references have been contacted to confirm anything. It seems like nothing was done. I have no problem going to makro and getting the same products at the same price with better service. I hope some progress is made soon as I have had no tv for the passed 2 weeks and I return to work on 2014/01/06
