Failure to process request

My cheque account has been in credit since 2012 confirmed by Jessie 06.02.2014, my revolving credit is outstanding with less then then the credit amount. A request has been submitted September 2013 to move the credit to the outstanding account. I phoned and requested again 29.01.2014, they confirmed this will be resolved in a week. To confirm I phoned 05.02.2014 and was told that I will received feedback before end of business, which did not happen. I had to phone again 06.02.2014 of which Jessie confirmed that Brenda submitted a query to admin and it will take another 3 days before I will get feedback. It seems as if I'm not paying my account when I have received confirmation that the revolving credit account is in credit.
