I recently went to N1 City to do a little shopping with a friend. We went to Pick n Pay to grab something cold to drink. We got to the front of the queue, when my friend asked me to get her something too but wasn't sure of which col drink she wanted. The women behind the till aggressively slammed her hand on the counter and mumbled something then sighed. This was of course because we were uncertain of what we wanted. I asked her what that was for and she just told me to call the manager, and that was that. Not a care in the world. I would expect this if a monkey was serving me from behind a till. UPGRADE your staff, that's all I'm saying. I will never shop at ANY Pick n Pay again... cheers
