My mom recived two packets of ladies underwear for Christmas, unfortunattely its way to big.
So we took it back to Edgars and explained it was a gift, she never wore them, its propably 2 sizes to big (dont have to them to see they are to big), but they claimed its policy to not exchange underwear for hygienic reasons, if it was a bra, they will help.
Fine, but how come they are willing to exchange a swimming costume? Doesnt it involve hygiene when you fit a costume bottom and its to small or big?
I am very unhappy about the fact that someone paid for two packets of new, never worn underwear, and now it has to lay there, as no one our family or friends group is that big. Talk about a waste of money, Edgars must learn that there are no difference between underwear hygiene and costume hygiene!!!
