Shelley underwear not what its supposed to be

I bought underwear yesterday, 19/1/2014 at Edgars in Longbeach. When i wanted to pack it away i saw the Bra strap at the back is tangled, it was sewn tangled...

I am not very happy/impressed witht he quality of the underwear

I would appreciate you urgent response/feedback on this please.
