I went to Edgars yesterday to buy underwear only to find out that in no way can you try them on, over your pants, with stickers, as samples... nothing.
I understand that there is a hygiene factor but since they cost R200 a piece, and there is no other way you can find out if they will be comfortable or not... I want to ask- Is there no way you can take better care of your underwear customers? Its not like I can return them if they make a bubble, pull up or fit like granny pants... If we carry on like this no- one will be able to afford "panties" anymore and trying on pants without panties will also become a hygiene risk.
Come On Edgars- step up, do some research and make a plan that will cover your customer too, not just you!
