Canal Walk manager couldn't help me out as my app on my mobile phone doesn't work (it says I owe nothing and must pay nothing and I have no thank you points which I know is incorrect), he tried to call the call centre, however no answers or no one wants to help him out. I have called the call centre myself and every single department is telling me to call a different department. Now I have tried to log back into the app, but it doesn't allow me to do it. There is no service and you can't complain about it either as no one cares and they come out with these app, but nothing works, so why have it?
